Dean of Students
Allyson Rafanello serves as the Dean of Students assisting students and families during times of crisis or concern, providing assistance to faculty in managing student issues, administers the Student Conduct Code, works with the Parents and Families Association and oversees Student Accessibility Services.
Assistant Dean of Students
Janel Newman serves as the Assistant Dean of Students. Her primary responsibilities include administering the Student Conduct Code and working with students, faculty, staff, and families to provide assistance in managing student issues and concerns.
Grace Sparks is primarily responsible for administering student conduct cases and providing support to students of concern. In addition, Grace provides support for other administrative processes within the the Dean of Students area.
Enoch Carlstrom is primarily responsible for administering student conduct cases and providing support to students of concern. In addition, Enoch provides support for other administrative processes within the the Dean of Students area.
Assistant Dean of Students, Student Accessibility Services
Kelly Fiddelke serves as a central resource on disability-related information, procedures, and services while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. She assists students by determining eligibility for accommodations and supports University efforts to ensure an accessible, welcoming environment for individuals with disabilities.
Coordinator, Student Accessibility Services
As the Disability Specialist for Student Accessibility Services, Jenny assists students by determining eligibility for accommodations, providing challenge and support through the office's Weekly Mentoring program, overseeing the conversion of course material into accessible format, and offering assistive technology resources and outreach events.

Graduate Assistant, Student Accessibility Services
As the graduate assistant with Student Accessibility Services, Scott works primarily one-on-one with clients enrolled in the Weekly Mentoring Program to assist with development of time management, organizational, prioritization and goal setting skills. Scott also creates the newsletters, assists in administration of academic accommodations, and organizes educational outreach events.
