Student Organization Disciplinary Information

When a student organization at the University of Northern Iowa has been found responsible for violations of the Student Conduct Code, information related to that case will be included on this page in either the Hazing Transparency Report or the Student Organization Disciplinary Chart below.

Under the Stop Campus Hazing Act, the University of Northern Iowa maintains a Hazing Transparency Report which is updated regularly (at a minimum, twice per year). The report includes only those cases where an organization has been found responsible at the conclusion of the student conduct process.

Under the Jean Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act), the university is obligated to include specific types of reportable crimes in the annual security report. These reportable crimes fall under defined categories and may include incidents involving student organizations if they occur on campus or in certain off-campus locations affiliated with the university. You can view the latest annual security online through the University of Northern Iowa Department of Public Safety

This website was created on June 1, 2025 in alignment with the Stop Campus Hazing Act. To date, there have been no reported incidents, investigations, and findings of responsibility under the Student Conduct Code, to create an addition to either the Hazing Transparency Report or the Student Organization Disciplinary Chart.
